MULLAN — A fatal vehicle versus pedestrian crash occurred on Friday, April 10, at 1:52 a.m. on I-90 in northern Idaho.
A red semi-truck, driven by a 30-year-old male from Washington, struck a pedestrian near milepost 64 while traveling eastbound.
Authorities confirmed the victim was a 49-year-old woman from Kellogg, Idaho, who succumbed to her injuries at the scene.
Eastbound I-90 was blocked for approximately three and a half hours as emergency responders and investigators worked to clear the area.
The investigation into the incident is ongoing, according to Idaho State Police.
