(WJAR) — A driver was injured early Friday morning in a single-vehicle crash on Highland Road in Lakeville.
According to the Lakeville Fire Department, crews responded to the scene around 2:41 a.m. Upon arrival, they found one vehicle with an injured male driver.
Emergency responders provided medical care on-site before transporting the driver to St. Luke's Hospital. Authorities reported that the driver's injuries are not considered life-threatening.
Highland Road was temporarily closed as crews worked at the scene, but no additional lane closures were noted. An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
