Pancake Breakfast Memorial for UND Student Set for March 1

GRAND FORKS — EAA Chapter 1342 will honor the late Andrew Seneker, a University of North Dakota student who died in a car crash in January 2025, with a memorial pancake breakfast on Sunday, March 1, from 8 a.m. to noon at the Grand Forks airport.

Seneker was active in UND's aviation education outreach and worked with the Young Eagles program, aiming to inspire future pilots. According to Chapter President Ishir Agarwal, Seneker's parents have established a memorial scholarship in his name to support aspiring aviation students. Proceeds from the breakfast will benefit the scholarship fund.

“The fund reflects Andrew's commitment to giving back,” Agarwal said. The breakfast, which is free, will take place at the Avflight Grand Forks hangar located near the airport's main terminal.
