TUCKER COUNTY, W.Va. (WCHS) — A man was fatally injured in a single-vehicle crash on U.S. 219 on Sunday afternoon.
The incident occurred at approximately 3:45 p.m., as reported by the West Virginia State Police.
According to authorities, Ralph D. Mullenax, 83, of Fairmont, lost control of his vehicle, which veered off the road's eastern edge.
The ongoing investigation has yet to determine the cause of the crash.
