QUINCY, MA — A pedestrian sustained life-threatening injuries in a car crash Saturday night on Hancock Street.
The incident occurred around 9:00 p.m. A 61-year-old Quincy woman was struck and has since been transported to a Boston hospital for treatment. The driver, a 64-year-old Quincy woman, was also involved in the collision.
Authorities closed Hancock Street (Route 3A) temporarily while the scene was investigated.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
