Sunrise Beach Man Hospitalized After Crash in Camden County
A Sunrise Beach man was hospitalized following a single-vehicle crash in Camden County on Wednesday.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol (MSHP) reported that a 2018 Jeep Cherokee was traveling north on Route TT at Shawnee View Dr. when it veered off the left side of the roadway and struck a utility pole around 4:20 p.m.
The 86-year-old driver sustained critical injuries and was transported to Lake Regional Hospital by emergency medical services (EMS). Authorities confirmed he was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the accident.
MSHP is investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash. No further details on lane closures or tows were available.
