MACCLESFIELD, N.C. — Emergency crews responded to a single-vehicle rollover crash Tuesday night along N.C. 124 in Edgecombe County.
According to the Macclesfield Rural Volunteer Fire Department, firefighters were dispatched around 10:43 p.m. to the 5000 block of N.C. 124 for a report of a vehicle rollover with an injured occupant.
Upon arrival, responders found a vehicle overturned on its side in the front yard of a residence, sustaining significant damage. A total of 12 members from units 1335 and 1301 assisted at the scene.
Authorities did not disclose the extent of the person's injuries, and the cause of the crash remains under investigation.
