Lewes, DE — April 26, 12:20 a.m. — Delaware State Police are investigating a fatal single-car crash that occurred on Wil King Road.
A Dodge Ram was traveling southbound when it left the roadway, crashed into a ditch, overturned, and struck a tree. The driver, identified as 26-year-old Anthony Hunt of Lewes, was not wearing a seatbelt and was ejected from the vehicle.
Hunt was transported to a local hospital, where he was later pronounced dead. The Delaware State Police Collision Reconstruction Unit is leading the investigation.
