A 26-year-old Rhode Island man died following a two-vehicle crash on Route 146 south in Uxbridge, Massachusetts, on Saturday.
Massachusetts State Police responded to the incident at approximately 10:48 a.m. The driver of a Honda Accord was ejected from the vehicle and later succumbed to injuries at a local hospital. His identity has not been released.
The driver and a passenger in the second vehicle, a Tesla, were also hospitalized but are expected to survive, authorities said.
Route 146 south was temporarily closed to facilitate the investigation, with the roadway reopening around 2 a.m. Sunday.
The crash is currently under investigation, according to state police.
