Uxbridge, MA – A Rhode Island man died after a two-vehicle crash on Route 146 south on Saturday morning.
Massachusetts State Police responded to the accident at 10:48 a.m. A 26-year-old man from Rhode Island, whose identity has not been released, was ejected from his Honda Accord and subsequently died at a local hospital.
The driver and a passenger in the second vehicle, a Tesla, were hospitalized but are expected to survive, authorities said.
Route 146 south was temporarily closed to allow for investigation and scene processing. The road reopened around 2 a.m. Sunday.
The crash is under investigation, according to State Police.
