MANCHESTER, CT — A motorcycle crash on Interstate 384 East left one woman dead and a man injured late Friday night.
At approximately 11:20 p.m., a 22-year-old man from Manchester was riding a motorcycle when he collided with a Chevrolet Equinox. According to State Police, both the driver and his passenger, 21-year-old Sariah Isabelle Miranda, also from Manchester, were thrown from the motorcycle.
While sliding on the highway, Miranda was struck by another vehicle. Both victims were transported to the hospital via a third-party vehicle; the man suffered minor injuries, while Miranda sustained serious injuries and was later pronounced dead.
