One killed in Highway 60 crash in Prairie du Sac, Wis.
TOWN OF PRAIRIE DU SAC, Wis. (WKOW) — A fatal crash occurred Monday at 5:40 p.m. on Highway 60 near the intersection of Ferry Bluff Rd., according to the Sauk County Sheriff's Office.
A Subaru traveling west attempted to pass a semi-truck when it crossed into the eastbound lane and collided with a Ford sedan heading east. The driver of the Subaru sustained injuries and was transported to a local hospital.
The driver of the Ford sedan was pronounced dead at the scene, authorities stated. The identities of those involved have not been released.
The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
