TOWN OF PRAIRIE DU SAC, Wis. (WKOW) — Two individuals sustained injuries in a crash that closed all lanes of State Highway 60 for five hours on Friday morning.
According to the Sauk County Sheriff's Office, the accident occurred at approximately 5:50 a.m. at the intersection of Highway 60 and Old Bluff Trail. A pickup truck traveling south on Old Bluff Trail failed to yield to a westbound pickup truck, resulting in a collision.
The driver of the southbound truck suffered life-threatening injuries, while the westbound truck driver sustained injuries but is expected to survive.
Authorities reported that the investigation into the crash is ongoing.
