APPLE VALLEY, MN — A school bus and a childcare transport van crashed near Galaxie Avenue and 140th Street West on Wednesday at approximately 9 a.m. The van was carrying 11 students to Greenleaf and Westview elementary schools, while the school bus had 28 students enrolled in the Transition Plus program, according to the Rosemount-Apple Valley-Eagan School District (ISD 196).
