A 22-year-old woman died Nov. 4 from injuries suffered in an Oct. 26 two-vehicle crash on Hamilton Avenue in Colerain Township.
The woman was identified as Shaemya Stokes, according to the Hamilton County Coroner's Office.
Colerain Township Police and Fire were dispatched to the 11700 block of Hamilton Avenue at about 11:30 p.m., according to a police news release.
Responding officers found one vehicle overturned after it struck another; the driver of the overturned vehicle fled on foot before officers arrived, authorities said.
The occupants of the struck vehicle were taken to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center with serious injuries, police said.
Police said they identified the driver who fled by Oct. 27 but have not released the name or announced any charges.
