Tuscaloosa, AL. – A woman was killed in a car crash that left two other people injured on Saturday afternoon in Tuscaloosa.
According to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency, the accident occurred on Alabama 171 at around 2:30 p.m.
A Nissan Rogue collided head-on with a pickup truck on the highway in unclear circumstances.
An 85-year-old female passenger of one of the cars was killed in the accident.
The 81-year-old driver and an 87-year-old passenger were transported to DCH Regional Medical Center with unknown injuries.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
