MUSKOGEE COUNTY, Okla. (KOKH) — One person has died following a two-vehicle crash in Muskogee County on July 22.
At approximately 11 a.m., the Oklahoma Highway Patrol responded to an accident at the intersection of Hwy 69 and W. 93rd St. S. According to investigators, a northbound vehicle on Hwy 69 collided with another vehicle that was turning left.
Authorities confirmed that the driver of the northbound vehicle, identified as 47-year-old Charity Royse, succumbed to her injuries at a later time. Emergency medical services provided assistance at the scene.
The investigation into the accident remains ongoing, with no further details released regarding additional injuries or road closures.
