COLUMBUS, Ohio — A 51-year-old woman has been indicted after an October fatal crash on the city's southeast side, authorities said.
According to the indictment, Robin Hatfield, 51, faces aggravated vehicular homicide and OVI charges in connection with the wreck.
Police said the crash occurred on Independence Village Center Drive when Hatfield's vehicle struck a concrete pillar and flipped.
Authorities said her passenger, 63-year-old David Ross Day, died several days after the crash.
The crash report listed Hatfield's blood alcohol content as 0.255.
At last check, she was not in custody, authorities said.
