TOWN OF GRATIOT, Wis. (WKOW) — A UTV rollover crash on Friday night has resulted in the death of one individual and injuries to three others.
According to the Lafayette County Sheriff's Office, Lisa A. McCaughey, 60, of Kansas, succumbed to her injuries at UW Hospital in Madison on Saturday morning. She sustained a severe head injury during the incident and was not wearing a helmet.
Authorities reported that three other passengers in the UTV sustained injuries ranging from serious to minor. The incident is currently under investigation, with the Lafayette County District Attorney reviewing the case for potential charges.
