Two women were injured in a vehicle crash in Miller County early Saturday morning.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol (MSHP) reported the incident occurred at 2 a.m. on U.S. 54, west of Storage Road.
According to the crash report, a 2011 Ford Fiesta veered off the left side of the road and overturned.
Authorities confirmed the 21-year-old driver from Jefferson City and her 20-year-old passenger from Union sustained serious injuries.
Both were transported by ambulance to a local hospital.
MSHP noted that neither woman was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash.
The investigation into the accident is ongoing.
