SOUTH BAY, Fla. — Two fatalities and two serious injuries were reported in a three-vehicle crash involving a semi-truck on U.S. Highway 27 Saturday afternoon, according to Palm Beach County Fire Rescue (PBCFR).

The incident involved three vehicles, including one semi-truck. Firefighters transported two individuals to a local hospital with trauma alerts, while two others were pronounced dead at the scene.
