LOUISVILLE, Ky. — A car crashed into a building on Lewis Lane in south Louisville Wednesday afternoon around 1:45 p.m.
According to the Louisville Metro Police Department (LMPD), the driver was traveling north on Dixie Highway when they lost control and struck the corner of a liquor store in the 14000 block of Lewis Lane. At least two occupants from the vehicle sustained non-life-threatening injuries and were transported to a local hospital.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation, and authorities indicated that no charges are expected at this time.
