GRAND TRAVERSE COUNTY, Mich. (WPBN/WGTU) — A Traverse City man faces charges after a snowmobile crash that resulted in his brother's death on February 14.
John Fitzgerald Wright, 61, was arraigned on June 18 on two felony charges: Operating While Intoxicated Causing Death and Operating While Intoxicated/Impaired—3rd Offense.
The incident occurred in East Bay Township, where authorities report that Wright made a U-turn, causing his 62-year-old brother to crash into him.
Wright is scheduled for a probable cause hearing on July 6 and a preliminary hearing on July 9.
