CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WCHS) — A two-vehicle collision caused significant traffic delays on Corridor G North in Charleston on Saturday evening.
The incident occurred at approximately 6:30 p.m. near Emerald Road, according to a Metro 911 alert. One vehicle rolled over, and both vehicles sustained extensive damage.
Authorities reported no major injuries resulting from the crash. However, traffic was halted for several hours as crews worked to clear the scene, according to footage from West Virginia 511 cameras.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation, and no additional details have been released by the Charleston Police Department.
