Teen Loses Control of Vehicle and Crashes Into Sandy Starbucks.

Sandy, Utah (KUTV) — A teenage driver collided with a Starbucks coffee shop on Tuesday. The incident occurred just before noon when the boy lost control of his Toyota Corolla and crashed into the establishment located at 1960 East 9400 South.

Sgt. Michael Olsen, a representative from the Sandy City Police Department, stated that there is no evidence suggesting impairment at the time of the crash.

All individuals involved remained at the scene and cooperated fully with law enforcement during the investigation. Fortunately, no injuries were reported as a result of the accident.

The Sandy City Fire Department also responded to the scene and conducted an assessment of the building. According to Olsen, there appears to be no structural damage to the Starbucks.
