Teen killed, three injured in rollover crash in Wisconsin.

TOWN OF BRADFORD, Wis. (WKOW) — A crash on Tuesday killed a 15-year-old boy and injured three other minors.

Carter R. Perteete, 17, of Beloit, has been arrested and charged with homicide by negligent operation of a motor vehicle. He is scheduled to appear in Rock County Court on Thursday.

According to the Rock County Sheriff's Office, the crash occurred at 3:50 p.m. at the intersection of South Emerald Grove Road and East Larsen Road. Authorities reported that Perteete was driving a Volkswagen Rabbit north on Emerald Grove when he lost control, causing the vehicle to roll multiple times before coming to rest in a cornfield.

The 15-year-old victim was at the scene, while three other minors were transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Perteete was also taken to the hospital and has since been medically cleared.

The Rock County Sheriff's Office is investigating the incident.
