LEVAN, Utah (KUTV) — A three-vehicle collision on Interstate 15 in Juab County resulted in one fatality on Friday afternoon, according to the Utah Highway Patrol.
Troopers were dispatched to milepost 209 on northbound I-15 shortly before 2 p.m. Authorities reported that a blue SUV failed to stop, impacting a white sedan. The SUV then sideswiped a black SUV before crashing into a fence.
One individual was airlifted from the scene and later pronounced dead; authorities did not confirm which vehicle the deceased occupied. No additional injuries were reported.
The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
