SPRINGFIELD, N.H. — One person was hospitalized following a crash on Interstate 89 South on Sunday afternoon.
According to Springfield Fire Rescue, the incident occurred around 2:30 p.m. when a vehicle veered off the roadway and into an embankment, trapping one individual inside.
New Hampshire State Police and Grantham Police responded to the scene to assist in the rescue and investigation. Emergency medical personnel provided aid to the injured party before transporting them to a local hospital.
