A woman charged with aggravated vehicular homicide in a crash on Interstate 270 was intoxicated at the time of the crash, Columbus police allege in a crash report.
Two people were changing a tire on a Toyota minivan at 2:40 a.m. April 13 on the left shoulder of I-270 at Georgesville Road, while a woman sat in the driver's seat of a Toyota Corolla about 50 feet behind them.
