LEHI, Utah (KUTV) — Chandler “Chuck” David Hendry, 27, was killed in a multi-vehicle crash on Friday, city officials reported.
The accident occurred at approximately 2:41 p.m. at the intersection of 1200 W, where Hendry allegedly ran a red light while driving westbound. He collided with two vehicles that had the right of way, traveling north and southbound. No other serious injuries were confirmed.
Emergency responders transported Hendry to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead. Authorities noted he was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash, which remains under investigation.
Hendry was recognized as a religious social media influencer known for his platform, Restored Truth, where he shared his faith as a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He is survived by his wife, AnaLynn, and his parents, as stated in a GoFundMe fundraiser.
A candlelight vigil in Hendry's honor is scheduled for Monday at 7 p.m. at the LDS church building located at 11300 Highland Boulevard.
