Prosecutors Pursue Tiger Woods' Pharmacy Records Following DUI Arrest, Court Docket Reveals.

STUART, Fla. (CBS12) — Martin County prosecutors have requested Tiger Woods' prescription drug records from a Palm Beach pharmacy, following his recent DUI arrest.

Woods, who faces two misdemeanor charges—Driving Under the Influence (DUI) causing damage to property or a person, and refusal to submit to a breath, blood, or urine test—has been ordered to appear in court on May 5, according to a notice filed by the county clerk.

Prosecutors are seeking details about Woods' prescriptions filled at Lewis Pharmacy, including timestamps, quantities, dosages, and any accompanying warnings regarding operating a vehicle.

Authorities said the charges relate to a March 27 crash on South Beach Road in Jupiter Island, where Woods' flipped after colliding with a trailer. No serious injuries were reported.

Earlier this month, the Martin County Sheriff's Office released body-cam footage revealing that Woods mentioned he was distracted by his phone and adjusting the radio during the accident. Witnesses observed signs of impairment, including bloodshot eyes and lethargy. Two hydrocodone pills were found in Woods' pocket after the incident.

Woods has pleaded not guilty and waived his arraignment. He is currently free on bond and has been granted permission for outpatient treatment while the case is ongoing. His attorney is Jason F. Fagnano from Jupiter.

No trial date has been set beyond the upcoming court appearance.
