
BIG SKY, Mont. — One person is dead following a single-vehicle motorcycle crash early Saturday morning.
At approximately 4 a.m., a Yamaha motorcycle failed to navigate a left turn, resulting in the vehicle leaving the roadway to the right.
Authorities reported the 37-year-old male driver from Las Cruces, New Mexico, was not wearing a helmet and sustained severe head injuries.
The rider was pronounced dead at the scene by emergency responders.
As of now, officials have not confirmed whether drugs, alcohol, or speed were contributing factors in the accident.
