MACON COUNTY, Ala.—A 63-year-old Prattville man was killed Thursday night in a single-vehicle crash in Macon County.
According to Alabama State Troopers, Michael Vaughan was driving a pickup truck that left the roadway and struck an embankment. He was pronounced dead at the scene, as he was not wearing a seatbelt.
The crash occurred at approximately 9:40 PM on June 11, at the intersection of Macon County Road and Alabama Highway 120, about six miles west of Notasulga.
Authorities are continuing to investigate the incident.
