MIDDLETOWN−A three-vehicle collision occurred on Route 35 near Kings Highway around 1:45 p.m. today, resulting in multiple injuries.
Middletown police reported that two sedans and one pickup truck were involved in the incident. Emergency responders arrived shortly after the crash to assist those injured.
According to authorities, three individuals were transported to a local hospital for treatment; their conditions remain undisclosed. The accident site prompted lane closures as crews worked to clear the wreckage.
Preliminary investigations indicate that a red Honda Civic was traveling northbound when it collided with a Ford F-150 pickup truck and a blue Toyota Camry. Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash.
No fatalities have been reported at this time. Officers are advising drivers to avoid the area and seek alternate routes.
