MINCO, Okla. (KOKH) — Emergency crews responded to a fatal pedestrian accident on Highway 152 in Minco around 10 a.m. on Friday.
According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol (OHP), a vehicle traveling eastbound struck 77-year-old Elias Vasquez-Salazar, a construction crewman from Oklahoma City. Vasquez-Salazar succumbed to injuries sustained in the incident.
Authorities reported that the investigation is ongoing, and details regarding lane closures or tows have not yet been released.
