MARION, Ohio (WSYX) — A single-vehicle motorcycle crash shortly after 12 a.m. Friday in Marion left a 30-year-old man dead near Presidential Drive and Willow Street.
According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, Linken J. Tyler, 30, was riding a 2019 Harley-Davidson when he lost control, struck a curb and was ejected.
Authorities said Marion City EMS transported Tyler to Marion General Hospital before he was transferred to Grant Medical Center by Med-Flight Ground.
Troopers said Tyler later died from his injuries. No other vehicles were involved.
The crash remains under investigation by the Marion Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
