Motorcycle crash in Lehigh County kills 24-year-old man.

Motorcycle Fatality Reported in Lehigh County

A Northampton County man died following a motorcycle crash Tuesday night in Lehigh County.

The incident occurred around 11 p.m. at the intersection of South Cedar Crest Boulevard and Fish Hatchery Road in Salisbury Township, according to Lehigh County Coroner Daniel A. Buglio. The 24-year-old motorcyclist collided with another vehicle and was subsequently transported to Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest, where he succumbed to his injuries at approximately 12:45 a.m. The coroner's office confirmed the cause of death was blunt-force injuries, classifying the incident as accidental.

Buglio stated that he would not release the victim's name immediately to allow for family privacy during this time.

The Salisbury Police Department, the Lehigh County District Attorney's Office, and the Lehigh County Crash Team are conducting an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the crash.
