Millsboro Man Dies After Long Neck Crash
Long Neck, DE — A Millsboro man has died following injuries sustained in a vehicle accident on Aug. 18, according to State Police. The incident occurred on Route 24 at approximately 6:30 p.m.
The crash involved two vehicles—a sedan and an SUV. Emergency responders transported the injured man to a local hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries on Aug. 23. The identities of those involved have not been released.
Authorities said the accident resulted in temporary lane closures as crews worked to clear the scene. An investigation into the cause of the collision is ongoing.
No additional injuries were reported.
