Meredith Man Succumbs to Injuries from Moultonborough Crash.

MANCHESTER, N.H. — An 87-year-old Meredith man died on Tuesday, nearly two weeks following a crash on Route 25 in Moultonborough.

John Fahey was a passenger in a vehicle that collided with an oncoming after pulling out from the Village Kitchen restaurant. Both Fahey and the driver sustained serious injuries and were transported to a local hospital.

According to the Moultonborough Police Department, Fahey succumbed to his injuries on Tuesday. Authorities confirmed that the driver of Fahey's vehicle was at fault; however, no criminal charges will be filed related to the incident.

The investigation into the crash has concluded, according to officials.
