One man died Monday night in a single-vehicle crash on Post Oak Drive near the Loop 610 entrance ramp.
The incident occurred around 10:30 p.m. when a vehicle lost control, resulting in a fatal collision. According to the Houston Police Department, the driver was pronounced dead at the scene.
Emergency responders arrived shortly after the crash but were unable to revive the driver. The identity of the deceased has not yet been released pending notification of next of kin.
Authorities conducted an investigation on-site, which led to temporary lane closures on Post Oak Drive near Loop 610 as they gathered evidence and cleared the scene.
