BOW, N.H. — A man faces charges following a report of a stolen vehicle involved in a crash on Monday morning.
Authorities said the incident occurred near Crescent Drive and South Bow Road around 8:41 a.m. The man initially claimed his car had been stolen, but police determined he was the actual driver.
New Hampshire State Police, along with local officers and a K-9 unit, responded to the scene after discovering the suspect had fled on foot. Twenty-three-year-old Shawn McComiskey was apprehended shortly thereafter.
According to police, McComiskey was already out on bail for a previous offense and is currently being held without bail, pending his arraignment.
