A Lowell woman died in a crash on Highway 58 on July 2, according to Oregon State Police.
The incident occurred near milepost 12 close to Dexter Lake before 11:40 a.m. Authorities said Sarah Rachel Pratt, 55, was turning onto the highway from a gravel road when a Ford F-250 traveling east struck the driver's side of her green Honda Camry.
Pratt was pronounced dead at the scene. The crash is under investigation, and direction of traffic was affected at the time.
No other injuries were reported. Emergency response included Oregon State Police and local medical aid.
