PULASKI COUNTY, Ky. (LEX NEWS) — A juvenile was airlifted following a crash on Highway 196 in Pulaski County on October 3 at 2:15 p.m.
According to the Nancy Volunteer Fire Department, a vehicle collided with a utility pole, resulting in the juvenile being ejected from the vehicle.
Authorities reported that firefighters were the first responders on scene, providing initial patient care and controlling traffic while awaiting Emergency Medical Services (EMS).
Upon the arrival of EMS, a landing zone was established for the airlift, and crews assisted in transferring the patient to the helicopter.
