Highway 54 was closed in Camden County on Monday morning following a multi-vehicle crash.
The Missouri Department of Transportation reported that the highway is shut down in both directions from Route AA to Williams Ridge Road.
Emergency responders from local agencies arrived on scene to assist. Authorities confirmed injuries but did not disclose the number or severity.
Drivers are advised to seek alternate routes and can access the MoDOT traveler information map for updates.
There is currently no estimated time for reopening the road.
