Emergency crews responded late Tuesday night to a crash involving an 18-wheeler and a passenger vehicle in Duplin County.
According to the Rose Hill Fire Department, firefighters were dispatched at 11:17 p.m. to Main Street in Magnolia for the incident.
Authorities reported that an 18-wheeler and a passenger vehicle collided, with one occupant trapped inside the car.
Firefighters assisted in extricating the individual before transferring care to EMS personnel, the RHFD confirmed.
No fatalities have been reported, and the extent of injuries remains unknown.
Responding agencies included the Magnolia Fire Department, Rose Hill Fire Department, and Warsaw Fire Department.
