One Killed in Johns Island Collision
Julian Navarro-Hernandez, 30, from Johns Island, died on August 22 after a motor vehicle collision at approximately 8:20 p.m. on Fickling Hill Road.
According to the Charleston County Coroner, Navarro-Hernandez was pronounced dead at the scene. The incident involved a single vehicle. The Charleston County Sheriff's Office is leading the investigation.
Authorities have not released further details about the circumstances of the crash. Lane closures were enacted following the incident as first responders arrived.
