MUHLENBERG COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) — Kentucky State Police are investigating a fatal crash that occurred on US-62 in Muhlenberg County on Oct. 13.
Authorities reported that 19-year-old Nicholas Brown was driving a sedan when he left the roadway, resulting in multiple rollovers. Brown was ejected from the vehicle during the incident.
Emergency responders airlifted Brown to a local hospital. He succumbed to his injuries on Oct. 20 at Vanderbilt Hospital in Tennessee.
The investigation remains ongoing, according to KSP. Further details will be released as they become available.
