1 Killed in Hillsborough County Accident on Highway 41
Hillsborough County, Florida (May 27, 2023) – Authorities are investigating a fatal two-vehicle collision in Hillsborough County Saturday morning.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the crash happened on May 27 on Highway 41, North of Morgan Farm Road.
A northbound sedan on Highway 41 attempted to make a left turn and was struck by a pickup truck.
The impact sent the sedan to overturn and rest along the outside shoulder while the truck rotated and rested in the outside lane.
The sedan driver was declared deceased at the crash site.
The identity of the deceased was not immediately disclosed.
The driver of the pickup was hospitalized with severe injuries.
