LATIMER COUNTY, Okla. (KOKH) — An 83-year-old woman has died following a two-vehicle accident on US 270 on Oct. 3.
Authorities report that the collision occurred around 3 p.m. at the intersection of US 270 and S.W. 110th Rd. A vehicle making a left turn onto US 270 was struck by another vehicle traveling on the highway.
The passenger in the second vehicle, identified as Kay Quinn, sustained injuries and later died. Emergency crews responded to the scene, but details regarding further injuries or additional medical aid have not been confirmed.
Lane closures were reported while the investigation is ongoing.
