MANCHESTER, N.H. — A 60-year-old man faces multiple charges after a DUI incident in Pelham on Tuesday.
Authorities said Kevin Avila, of Lowell, Massachusetts, was driving on Bridge Street when he veered off the road and crashed into a telephone pole. Avila was taken to a local hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
This incident marks Avila’s second DUI offense. He is scheduled to appear in court later this month.
